Stephanie has been a lawyer for two decades and has experience as a government attorney and in private practice working with small and large firms.
She has substantial experience assisting clients in addressing workplace misconduct allegations in non-union, union, permanent, and contingent/temporary workforces in a wide array of fields, including construction/trades, the film industry, healthcare, hospitality, retail, and transportation. She has handled cases involving discrimination, harassment, retaliation, bullying, sexual assault, and battery and has represented clients in state and federal courts and before administrative agencies. Throughout her career, Stephanie has consistently provided clients with common sense, business-minded advice and counsel regarding employment, HR, and business-related issues.

In her prior position, Stephanie spent 6 years conducting objective investigations and assessments nationwide for private employers in relation to workplace misconduct reports, pre-litigation claims, and litigation claims.

At LeGolvan Law, Stephanie focuses her time on workplace investigations, trainings, and employment advice and counsel.

Work Style

Growing up in a mixed-race family, Stephanie developed an innate sense of curiosity and ability to empathize with people from all walks of life. As the military spouse of a now retired Senior Chief, she has had the pleasure of living in California, Hawaii, and Texas. Her diverse life experiences enable her to connect with people on a human level. As a result, employees and witnesses feel comfortable speaking openly with Stephanie about their experiences and feel heard. In turn, Stephanie can complete her investigations with all the information she needs. Stephanie’s clients describe her as direct, thoughtful, and communicative.
