Tara Gillman, Esq.

Tara Gillman is a California-licensed attorney with extensive experience in labor and employment law, workplace matters, and executive leadership development. She brings a combination of legal expertise and organizational insight to her work conducting independent workplace investigations. 

Previously, Tara was a partner in the Labor and Employment practice group at Gordon & Rees, where she practiced for more than a decade, advising and representing employers on a broad range of employment-related matters. In addition to her legal background, Tara is an experienced executive and leadership development coach and holds the Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Through her coaching practice, she has worked with senior leaders, executives, and organizations on leadership effectiveness, professional development, and workplace dynamics. 

Her combined experience in employment law and executive coaching informs her thoughtful, balanced, and objective approach to workplace investigations, with an emphasis on careful listening, sound judgment, and professionalism.
